Semper Fullkornsvälling Dinkel & Frukt is a smooth and comforting Swedish wholegrain multigrain cereal drink specially developed for children from 1 to 3 years of age.

Made with oats, corn, wholegrain wheat, wholegrain spelt and rye, it has a mild multigrain flavour complemented by apple and pear. The fruit content has been carefully balanced to create a gentle fruity taste without making the välling overly sweet.

The välling is enriched with important vitamins and minerals, including iron, iodine, calcium and vitamin D.

Preparation

For approximately 110ml prepared välling:

Mix 1dl cold water with 16g powder, approximately 2¼ tablespoons.

For approximately 220ml prepared välling:

Mix 2dl cold water with 32g powder, approximately 4½ tablespoons.

Additional serving sizes:

• 1.5dl water with approximately 3¼ tablespoons of powder makes around 165ml
• 2.5dl water with approximately 5½ tablespoons of powder makes around 275ml
• 2.75dl water with approximately 6 tablespoons of powder makes around 300ml
• 3dl water with approximately 6¾ tablespoons of powder makes around 330ml

Microwave preparation:

1. Mix the välling powder with cold water in the bottle.
2. Shake until the powder has completely dissolved.
3. Remove the lid and teat before heating.
4. Heat at full power for approximately 40 seconds.
5. Shake again and carefully check the temperature before serving.

Saucepan preparation:

Whisk the powder together with cold water in a saucepan. Heat gently while stirring until the välling reaches a suitable serving temperature.

Always check the temperature carefully before serving to a child.

Important Serving Information

Välling mixed with cold water may be kept at room temperature for no longer than one hour or refrigerated for no longer than six hours.

Do not reheat previously warmed välling.

Discard any unfinished välling left after serving.

Storage
